Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number, order total including taxes where applicable, shipping fee, and an approximate shipping fee for international orders.

Gift Cards
For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. The credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount available on your gift card, in which case, only the outstanding order balance will be charged to your credit card. The information on your credit card will be used for that purpose alone.
Refund Policy:
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer
("Refund"). MyAsianWeddingFavors.com accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount
previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank
and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the
Card issuing bank of Customer."Cancellations:
A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for
a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account
before a sale is sent for deposit. My Asian Wedding Favors will not collect a
deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be
released at the Card issuing bank's discretion.
After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a
Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth
below. You may contact us regarding your purchase from My Asian Wedding Favors within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns:
A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from MyAsianWeddingFavors.com
- My Asian Wedding Favors will reduce the amount of a Refund by the
assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping
charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with MyAsianWeddingFavors.com
Return Policy
Sales Tax
Please be aware that MyAsianWeddingFavors.com is required by The Federal Government to collect a sales tax for all items shipped to addresses within New York State.
MyAsianWeddingFavors.com is not responsible for pricing errors caused by system malfunctions.
Shipping Information
MyAsianWeddingFavors.com ensures that each and every order is processed and handled as quickly as possible. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Although certain items may be ordered together, they may not be shipped out on the same day. On occasion, we do have items that are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order.
Shipping Times
- Regular service: 5-7 business days
- Express service: within 3 business days
Note: We offer overnight delivery on certain items For express and overnight delivery, online orders must be placed by 10 am EST, Monday-Thursday.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of MyAsianWeddingFavors.com.
For orders shipped to multiple addresses, there is a $5-per-address charge. This is in addition to the total shipping charge.
Express Shipping Charges
- For an additional $10 we offer Express shipping (2-3 business days). Your order must be placed before 10 am EST, Monday - Thursday.
- For an additional $15 we offer overnight delivery. For this option, your order must be placed before 10 am EST, Monday - Thursday.
We cannot expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States.
Backorders
You will be informed if an item is backordered.Shipping to PO Boxes
MyAsianWeddingFavors.com does not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping to Canada
Effective May 5, 2004, all orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase plus an additional $30 for customs. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited or shipped to a PO Box.
Please note: orders shipped to these regions may be charged taxes and duties by Canadian customs and are the customer's responsibility.
All MyAsianWeddingFavors.com prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.
